How The "She Belongs"
Campaign Evolved?
If anyone would have told me I
would be having discussions regarding sanitary napkins with males outside of my
personal comfort zone, I would have said, absolutely no. Women globally are
denied access to education, awareness concerning healthcare and various
institutions, etc. because of their monthly menstrual cycle.
Astounded, not because it
surprises me that men care and are supportive of women in their lives, but it
was the introduction of the product to me by professional businessmen and
entrepreneurs, who are fathers and husbands, compassionate and brilliantly
honest, who care deeply about the women in their lives and women globally. Offering
awareness regarding education and health care concerns for girls and women and
how the monthly menstrual cycle impacts their lives; these are the men behind
the Nspire Network's Flagship product "Cherish Sanitary Napkin."
Women Entrepreneurs Worldwide continues to be supported by the men in the WEW
group on LinkedIn of which I am appreciative.
The campaign has been created
for the continued focus on women globally having awareness and access to
information that contribute to enhancing the life style of women as much as
possible. The "Cherish Sanitary Napkin" is beneficial to them. Also,
it is in alignment with our mission and purpose of 'Building Cultural
Relationships and Networking Bridges Globally whereby we try to address
concerns of women regarding awareness to better healthcare. The Cherish
Sanitary Napkin" attributes women to feeling more confident, and become
more self-sufficient throughout their daily lives during this time of month.
Myths and Taboos give rise to women and girls
globally being ostracized, shamed, and lack of access to opportunities,
education, self-awareness better healthcare and a chance to become
